Received Iphone 6 - supposed to be new but clearly a refurb

I have received Iphone 6 after upgrading on Saturday, the phone I have received is clearly a refurb (scuffs on corners)- received from Unipart Technology Services

I am very disappointed as at no point was I told on the phone I would be receiving a refurb I was given the impression it would be a brand new one

Also I have asked for details of my new contract to be sent on email which have not been sent although promised to be sent

I will be leaving Vodafone if this is how they treat their customers

If you've upgraded through Vodaphone you have a 14 day window to reject it.

If the iPhone is clearly as you state I would advise to act now.

Was the iPhone box sealed with plastic ?
Check your spam or trash mail boxes for any emails too.
