Receiving emails to my Smart 4 power

I suddenly cant access my email and the message 'Internal error. Report' comes up. Under settings, Wifi,  it states my hub is saved and secured. Any ideas what happened?

First thing to check would be your internet settings :).

Are you using the standard email app or a proprietary one for yoru service (eg Gmail).   The latter are much more reliable and easy to set up as all the settings are built in.   If you're using the standard app, you'll probably need to check the Incoming settings.   It's often the security option that causes trouble - just experiment with all the options, including "none".
