Can you check what Payg Tariff your currently on via your myvodafone.
I ask as some payg tariffs like the big bundles take an amount of credit each month to pay for minutes texts and data.
If no data allowance is In a tariff or its bedn used then a daily charge is made. Turning Off Mobile Data in the phone settings will stop this.
Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can access your Account to clarify whats been used.

If you go to the Vodafone contact us page and select the option for web chat it will connect you to a Vodafone advisor who will then be able to look at your usage and tell you where the credit has gone.
It will most likely depend on how long the number has been inactive, if you have any bundles on the price plan and so on. An advisor will be able to clear it up for you.
