The staus on the dashboard is: Active
When ever I tried an users to the SureSignal box I get the following message:
can you check to make sure the that SureSignal box has been activated on your network and try and help me register new handsets?

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I’ve checked your serial number and can see that your Sure Signal has yet to connect to our servers. The set-up process can take up to 24 hours but shouldn’t affect you being able to add users.
