Hi,

 

I have bought a second hand VSS but am unable to register it althought the seller has assured me that he has deregistered it.  Can you please check its status for me.  The serial number is 40122425180.

Hi dotti,,

 

This Sure Signal is aleready registered on the system, so I'd advise getting the original owner to contact us so we can de-register this.

 

For security, we can only do so on their request.
