You can't register at the moment because you are not a Vodafone customer. Switching to Vodafone is easy. Find out how to switch. This has been logged as error (SRV-REG-02)

Looking at your screenshot you are a Vodafone Ireland customer.   The forum here is Vodafone UK help and support. 

 

You will need to speak to Vodafone Ireland customer  support, you should be able to  contact the Team through Twitter or Facebook social channels for Vodafone Ireland.
