Hello
I've just had my SIM swapped by Vodafone on my main work phone and now it no longer connects to my sure signal even after a factory reset.
Please can you perform a resync for me.
Sure Signal 21196759779
Many thanks
Steve

Please take pity on me and action my request above.
I've been without my mobile for business calls 24 hours.
Thank you :smileyhappy:

Hi BrummyGit,
Thanks for posting. I've popped a resynchronisation for you on the 21196759779 Sure Signal. To complete the action can you reset it?
If you ever find yourself in a similar position in future, you can also de-register and register the unit again to have our servers perform a re-synch automatically for you.
Cheers, Ben

Thanks very much.
I did try a de-register and re-register so I am now a little confused as it didn't solve my problem.
I am really not sure that my sure signal 1 is resetting to factory defaults through this process as it only takes around 5 minutes to come back to lights 1,2 & 4.
I previously posted on the boards that I found a method of simply powering on the SS1 with reset for 30 secs had worked for me, but now it seems this isn't working either. Is there a sure fire way to prove the factory reset as I am convinced mine is not happening properly.
Thanks

Thank you - I am travelling on business at the moment so the Sure Signal will remain untouched until at least Friday.
Hopefully I will return to a full signal.

Thank you - its all woking now.
My router crashed around the time you pushed the update to it and had to be rebooted. Would it be possible for you to check I'm on the correct firmware now.
Many thanks
