If you've changed the SIM when upgrading to your new phone, a resync isn't necessary.
You'll need to remove your number from the Sure Signal, reset the sure Signal as shown below:
The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
Once this has been done, add your number back on and restart your iPhone whilst in range of the Sure Signal.
