Return iPhone 6 plus

I really want to return my device but for the past 4 days everytime I call 191 I get put on hold for over an hour before I give up.

How are you supposed to return it if you can never speak to a staff member?

I really don't know what else to do.

Visit a store as they can get through on other lines to CS although they may deny this.

I was considering it but I'm sure as soon as I say I bought it online they'll say they can't deal with it!

I also wish to return my iPhone 6 plus but haven't been successfull 3 times, as I've been waiting for around 40mins!

The phone is WAY too big for my liking. I've tried to get to used to it but I just can't. You can't use it one handed anymore and the deal breaker for me is that it doesn't fit in my work trousers pocket.

The regular iPhone 6 is much more practical and just the right size, not too big but still bigger than the 5S.

The only way to arrange a return is by calling 191.

I’m sorry that you’ve had to wait so long to get through. If you try early in the morning at 8am or earlier in the day, you should be able to get through quicker.
