Returning phone

Hi

I been on Vodafone for 2 and half years on sim only contracts these last for 12 months each so my 2nd one was coming to end so this time I decide to upgraded and have a phone.

Long story short they messed me about 11 days now and I can't use it as the sim don't work I lost count of how many times a day I contacted them for the last 11 days and keep getting the run around so enough was enough and said I'm cancelling and requested a returns bag.

I spoke to a lady who work as part of the socail media team for Vodafone and montiors this forum anyway I asked her about returning the earphones as they been used and I know they won't be sold on due to hygiene and health and safety she said that's correct and to keep them but I Vodafone website it's so return phones with all accessiorys can someone advise me what's right

It's a shame this has happened and caused you to want to cancel and return the hardware.

 

I assume a Vodafone Highstreet store couldn't help ?

 

Are you not able to use your original SIM card as the changes happen within your Vodafone account. 

 

I understand what your saying about the earphones but I would suggest that you return everything that came with the phone including accessories.

@connieP You should return everything you received to save any queries in the future.

Stick a note to the earphones saying that they have been used, it will then be Vodafone's responsibility to dispose of them.

Take a photo of everything that is returned so you have a record should any query arise.

I been to the Vodafone store and no they couldn't help,my original sim is a micro sim and the phone I got is iPhone 6 which takes a nano sim , I have tried 4 sims and none has worked,

Ok I will return them.

If you do take photos to support how you returned the phone / accessories then take one of the phone booted up too and make them time and date stamped. 

 

Is your micro sim still recieving service ?
