Returns Cancelled one of my lines.

I have 4 lines with one on a separate billing arrangement.

 

I upgraded in August to same SIM only plan I was on but with discount.

 

Decided to cancel the upgrade as need a phone with one of my lines. They reverted back on 3 lines. So Forum team called and transferred call to Returns for the 4th to be reverted.

 

Returns cancelled instead of reverting. Not sure how that can happen. Would be interesting to know how that would happen.

It is now sorted.

Question is why such a Mess?

 

Took more than 24 hours to revert 3 lines. 4 the line missed out. Another 24 hours later cancelled the 4th Line instead reverting. And took over 24 hours to reconnect. Technical could not sort it out.

Must give credit to Kruti (Forum Team) for reconnecting the line quickly.

Not sure why your technical team could not do that.
