I took out a SIM only deal on 11th August for my son. The deal promised £110 Amazon vouchers after 120 days. - that will be nice, just in time for xmas I thought. This was up on 9th Dec but I never received anything.
I had an email on 11th Dec from vodafone saying 'thankyou for submitting your details form the £110 amazon giftcard...the voucher will be sent to the email address provided after 120 days...."
It also said if there were any issues to contact giftcloud - I have and they say that it hasn't processed as "vodafone needs to approve this reward as a gesture of goodwill as they have not successfully tracked this purchase"...they will update as soon as they get a reply from vodafone.
I've tried chasing this up via livechat and twitter but no repsonse.
Any help would be appreciated.

@SVL I'm really sorry to hear of the experience you've had with getting this promotion verified, I understand how frustrating this must be for you. Have you received your gift card number, barcode or QR code and attempted to redeem this offer through the mobile voucher app (giftcloud)?

Hi,
I have not received any voucher to be able to redeem it. And I believe that is the problem of all of us on this post. Giftcloud just keep telling they need to verify with you without giving a timescale or any further info. I have sent both you and them the proof of purchase and the registration confirmation for this offer. Could you please provide support for all of us and send the vouchers out. It's really annoying.

@SVL If I could send the vouchers out to you, I'd be happy to do so. Vodafone won't have these vouchers to give out as the promotion was not ran directly through us - that's where Giftcloud come in.
I know you've been chasing this for a while and I can only apologise that this is still ongoing. If they're verifying your purchase with us then they'll have direct contact to be able to do this, although I'm unable to comment on a timescale as I'm not aware how their company deals with this process. I wish you all the best and hope they're able to issue the Amazon voucher shortly.
