Rewardz scam - never able to redeem my points

I'm beyond fed up. I have been a vodafone customer for years and every time I try to redeem my points, something goes wrong and i never get the reward. Today, I have tried to get the £20 amazon voucher, but the system will not send me the 8 digit passcode no matter how many times i try.

previously, i had redeemed phone credit, and never got it. when i went into a local vodafone shop, the manager refused to help me as he claimed that I had gotten my reward, when I had not done.

has anyone else had problems redeeming or receiving rewards?

The store said the redemption code doesn't work on their system.

That seems very strange! If you have another store reasonably convenient, it might be worth a try, but otherwise I'd suggest asking Live Chat to check the code that you've been sent, in case you've somehow been sent a faulty code.

The store didn't even try to use it??

@Lawacakes That really isn't good. The Rewards scheme is a part of the attraction of Vodafone's PAYG offering, and the stores should be supporting that rather than undermining it. Do you want to say which store it was, so that Vodafone's staff can give some feedback to the store manager?

It was the store in Forestside, Belfast Northern Ireland.

I’ve fed this back to the Forrestside store today.

Were your able to visit another Vodafone store to use the code?

I redeemed 5000 reward points for my mummy to get her a new phone. I got the redemption code, but when I showed it to the shop they refused to give me the phone. They also couldnt refund my reward points.
