I'm beyond fed up. I have been a vodafone customer for years and every time I try to redeem my points, something goes wrong and i never get the reward. Today, I have tried to get the £20 amazon voucher, but the system will not send me the 8 digit passcode no matter how many times i try.
previously, i had redeemed phone credit, and never got it. when i went into a local vodafone shop, the manager refused to help me as he claimed that I had gotten my reward, when I had not done.
has anyone else had problems redeeming or receiving rewards?
starting to think this is one giant scam

vodafone make british business SHAMED
i hate this company with a passion they have failed miserably on all counts, everything is difficult when it shouldnt be, and the staff at the stores cannot or will not do anything - what is the point of their jobs apart to flog more phones?
cannot get my reward at the moment, this is not the first time the company appear to purposely set you up whereby you are pushed to claim your points but then when you want to redeem you cannot or you dont get the reward at all - disgusting

Have you tried discussing this with Customer service on 191 ?
I appreciate your frustrated with the situation and need to vent which is understandable, but only Customer service who have the required account access can help you.

Ill say Amen to your rant, absolute scam and I don't give a ##~## if my points expire after a time, there is nothing I desire from vodafone , the rewardz are rubbish and I'm not interested

Have amassed over 8,000 rewardz points, I logged online to see it showed 2,500. I contacted someone online who told me the points had expired. Nobody contacted me to tell me about the expiry and when I phone the complaints dept, they said I could not have points back but may compensate me. Absolute disgrace. I have checked my messages and definitely did not recieve a message regarding expiry date. Supposedly, someone will contact me, but if the points are not replaced, I will sever my ties with Vodafone. Incidentally, I have around 8,000 friends on facebook and will tell them what I think. Rant over.

Yes this is just happened to me was saving mine to get phone to give for raffle prize for charity for xmas still i will just buy a phone to give instead not from this lot though. just look how much you will have to spend in a yr now for 10000 points, i may have had a tx i just dont bother reading them all, still i suppose there need is more than mine, customer for over 15yrs but not any more
