Hi there

Before Christmas I had these terrible packet losses, when I say terrible I mean 50% to 60%

I had many engineeres coming in already. They've changed the socket and I've even got a new router but this still doesn't help. Packet losses are completely random. It can be 2% packet loss  or it can be 10% packet loss, it can happen twice a day, and it can happen twice a week, whatever.

The problem persists no matter what device is connected to the network. It happens on cable connection and Wi-fi too. The ping also raises as high as 200 ms. What could be the issue?

Please see attachments and tell me what you think :Smiling:

@donald7 Sorry that your post was deleted, I've reversed this any apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

We apologise that you're still experiencing some packet loss, though it sounds like there has been a vast improvement since before Christmas.

Have you contacted our Broadband Live Chat team to run diagnostics on your line since your new socket and router have been supplied?
