How do I change number of rings on my iPhone 5s. Currently default and I want to change to 15 rings. Apparently I need to send a text

Xx is the number of rings you want and has to be in multiples of 5

Is this the exact address I text to or is this the message I text to a number.  If so can you confirm the number I need to text this message to.
