Roam-free & red sharing

With the newly announced "roam-free" what is going to happen with Red sharing data? Can I use my data allowance on any device?

The Ts&Cs for Red Sharer plans currently state: If any plan within the Group wishes to benefit from Vodafone EuroTraveller or Vodafone Data Traveller then those products must be added to that plan, not the Lead Plan.
