I bought a sim card in Dublin 5 days ago, now I am in Paris and not my roaming nither my calls or SMS are working. I got the SIM card in and out several times and turned data on and off too, but it still doesn't work.

It maybe beneficial to check in your MyVodafone that any abroad bars are not activated.

If the SIM was purchased in Dublin, you will be a Vodafone Ireland customer. If you post on the Vodafone Ireland forum, you will be able to get help and advise.

From what you have written, the SIM card may not have been correctly activated when you were in Ireland or there is a roaming restriction bar to be removed.
