Does anyone have the Vodafone router set up with an access point (not a wirless extender)??
I've got a problem with this set up. The access point is wired in to the router, via a switch. I have a number of other devices wired in, console, NAS etc.
On initial set up I can access (ping) other devices on the network. Roaming to pick up the wifi of the AP, again no problem. Roam back to the router and I now not able to ping/access any devices on the LAN. Any devices connected via wifi to the router are fine.
It's definitely the router - I set up a Netgear router to serve wifi and LAN (VF router for internet and DHCP) and I had no issues roaming.
I've got a ticket open with Vodafone, but wondering if anyone else has an access point and whether it works OK or not.
