Thank you i went on live chat yesterday asking to change my delivery address from my local store to my home address because I was originally not at home on Friday 16th due to hospital admission and now it looks like she has cancelled my order and started process again and still could not change the address if so this is disgusting and very upsetting considering I placed my original order within 27 minutes if this is the case I will report them to offcom

From my understanding it's not an easy process to change the delivery destination and looks to be the case that if the account holder requests a change they need to cancel and start again.

I completely understand your frustration and distress at this. 

The best way forward is to call our Customer Service team on 191 from a Vodafone mobile, or call 0333 304 0191 from any other phone and we will fully investigate this for you.

My current 2yr contract ended on 17th Sept so I upgraded in advance on Sept 9th (WEB-0000000215653311). Confirmation email was received and a sim swap notification email too. I confirmed again via online chat the next day and was promised my iPhone 7+ would arrive on the 16th. I then emailed customer service to change the delievry address to my work address and received no confirmation. I tried online chat and was continually fobbed off. On Friday 16th I checked online and confirmation changed. Online chat later that day told me that my order was delayed by 6-8 weeks. This has been an absolutely rubbish service with me doing all the chasing and no straightforward comms from Vodafone. very badly handled for a paying 2yr customer who has been converting friends and family to Vodafone in that time. Should we stay or should we go back to EE?
