Hi,
I'm not with Vodafone for broadband but instead with BT Infinity and yes sometimes during various times of the day my signal can drop.
Sometimes the issue can be the devices being used and the broadband side.
The way I've been able to adjust to this is to change wireless channel on my router as I hook up that way.
And to split the frequencies in the router to 2.4ghz and 5ghz and choose between them to see if speeds improve which they typically do.
How long ago was your activation date ?
I ask because it can take from 10 days to very occasionally 30 days to settle.

A google search may yield more tips on how to improve speeds.

Well, vodafone suppose to be truly unlimited so no throttling. Looks like Vodafone oversold and now the network is struggling. Think it's time to think about moving somwhere else. Pity as I just switched to vodafone in November.

There won't be any throttling but there will be what's called contention. All broadband connections that are not a private leasae line have contention.
It means that the service is shared among a number of users and the more people that user it the slower it gets.

Well contention or not it's unusable during rush hours and Vodafone should make sure their network can withstand the capacity they are selling. If it continues I'll just terminate my contract what's the point in having fibre when you'll be better off on free adsl.
Maybe they meditate too much contention haha

contacted Vodafone 2 days a go. Will see what's the outcome. If it continues for longer than 2 weeks there is no sense in hanging around.
