Hi
I have had my S6 edge for just over a month. When i got it I managed to register for the wifi calling service and the option appeared on the phone and it worked. A software update popped up and i tried to download and install it but it would not install. So after some chat sessions the phone got sent away for repair and they sorted this out. However when it returned the phone needed to be set up again (Assume they did a factory reset). After i set the phone up i noticed that wifi calling was not working and the option under Settings > Appications > Phone was not there. So i text the "CALLING" word to 97888, got the "we will add this to your account" message BUT NOT the "it all set up message".
Spoken to chat a few times, they have reset the account, and the wifi calling feature but no luck it still is not showing. This problem seems to be a bit too much for the chat guys so need some tech help.
Please can someone help me?

OK just wanted to check as it's currently part of the terms that the Samsung has to be supplied directly by Vodafone to work.
I've had a search on the forum. For similar threads to yours and there are a few. It seems to be connected to the Os firmware.
You may need to persevere with customer service if the set up process still isn't working.
