S7 online ordering

Good afternoon i have ordered the S7 online and for past few days it has been stuck in stage 1.

Id love to know when should it go to stage 2 and confirm that i do in fact have the product as i have canceled my old contract.

Right now it's pre ordering only I believe so if this is the same as other ohone launches a person will find out more closer to launch date. 

 

You could of course speak to customer service on 191 or Live chat for more official information. Looks to be a great phone too.

Not sure if it's to do with the fact it's a pre order, but I'd chase it up I was sat waiting for a delivery that was stuck in the first stage and got told it's waiting to be processed. After a few days still no change called and told order is fine give it another 24hrs. Waited as requested still nothing called back to find an incorrect discount had been applied so rather than contact me to let me know and rearrange a new order they just decided to cancel the order with zero communication.

Has your order status moved along yet. Mine has been on stage 2 for a few days. I can't imagine it moving much further untill the phone is ready to be shipped which obviously isn't untill the 8th March.
