Morning all!
Some of you may be aware that Samsung is running an Oreo (Andoird 8.0) beta for the S8 this year, it's due to drop anytime now, I signed up for the Nougat beta last year with my S7 Edge and I remember that some of you on here did the same.
Now last year I was running the BTU firmware on my S7 edge, which if I recall was the firmware that got the beta, can anyone confirm if they managed to sign up last year whilst running the Vodafone firmware?
I want to participate in the beta this year again, however, I was hoping I don't need to go down the route of flashing my phone with the BTU firmware.
Thanks,

I've been involved in some discussion on the Samsung Forum and one member says they've been told by Samsung that the Beta Programme hasn't yet been opened up via the Samsung members App but maybe an option in Early November.
Nothing has been officially confirmed wether if it will at all.
That said I would always advise not to put a Beta on your Go To Daily Driver due to possible bugs etc.

Yes I've been following the XDA and Reddit beta discussions over this last week, so I have the same information, I was trying to find out about if the Vodafone F/W will receive the beta, as I said last year I was running the BTU F/W on my S7 Edge and got the beta then, I'm not sure if you would remember but we were having a few discussions about it this time last year.
I'm also aware of running a beta on my daily driver, I'm happy to give it ago though, both the Nougat beta (S7 Edge) and the iOS 11 beta (iP7) were stable enough to use as a daily, I've probably jinxed this one now!
