 No in all around Swansea

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?

 SA66BR, SA68HR, SA13QW, SA12FA, in general most of Swansea

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

 YES

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

 Very slow internet even when there is a full signal. Take long time to load variuos pages, or video in Youtube and Instagram, quite offten need to reloaded

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

    4G

6) When did you first notice this issue?

 About two weeks ago.

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Looks like there's been an issue in that area @Luk45z

It can take a few days for the mast(s) to fully settle. 

Try turning your phone Off and On to refresh network connection.

Hi. Thanks for you replay, but I've tryed that few times, turn on/off my phone and it's still the same. Moslty it's a pain in SA68HR my Work place, home it's not so much a problem because of the WiFi in the house. At work, got full signal and internet iv very slugish sometimes takes about 2-3min to load the pages or need to stop then refresh it. to actually load the pages.

@Luk45z Your local serving site (97) appears to be performing correctly - however I can see there has been work done recently, which could have been impacting your 4G coverage. 

Can you please try to manually change your device down to 3G only and perform a speedtest to see if this improves things for you - let us know how you get on and please post your results back here. :smileyhappy:

This how it looks like on 4G and 3G, i know it's slow on 3G but websites a loading faster then on 4G whitch is very wired

So to confirm, you're receiving those data speeds however the higher 4G speed isn't loading as fast as the slower 3G speeds?

Yes exactly, which for me is very odd as it’s should be all way round.  At the beginning when I’ve moved to Vodafone from EE 4G speeds was really good everything was working fine but suddenly got this kind of problems like someone turn speed limit on my phone.

Sorry not for ansering for long time, just didn't had much time lately to sit down and show few speedtest I've done in two locations that I'm most of my time during the week and weekend. Home location is not as important as got wifi in the house but my work locations are diffrent stories.

LTE

So starting from 5/08/2017 location my second job (stadium) SA12FA No game, outside the building but in the stadium (next to pitch)

 

 3G

09/08/2017 Stadium again but this time it's a friendly game around 5000 ppl on the stadium, when ppl started coming in to the stadium.

51 minutes later when all ppl where on the stadium as the kick off was at 19:00, at that point my friend who work with me and she got iphone 7 in GiffGaff from 18:00 didn't had internet on 4G or was very slow, but mine was OMG flying, and was wondering how the h...l is that possible, to get speed like that when there is a lot of ppl in one place.

after the game, when stadium was empty at 21:00 wanted to do speed test, unfortunatelly i coudn't perform the test as didn't had internet at all while full signal na 4G, check Facebook, intagram or any website.. few seconds and had info can't connecto ti server. BUT just 11minutes later speedtest showed: 

Now is starting what actually starting to annoy me speeds at my first work place (SA68HR) all the speedtest been taken outside the workshop.

What annoys me is when at work I can't be connected to works wifi, and 4G sometimes is fine and sometimes just can't connect to any websites even when I got full signal, downloading something from AppStore takes forever or it's not happening at all as progres wheel just spins, YouTube, every couple of seconds is buffering. I've got iPhone 7+ but my mate who got iphone 6S on Vodafone in the same places as me getting better speeds and don't have problems that he can't connect to websites or download something from AppStore. I've moved from EE as wanted to try diffrent network but starting to think I've done a mistake, or maybe there is a issue with my account/number I don't know what to think, as at the beginning when moved to Vodafone I could't complain about speeds but now it's very annoying
