SIM card activation

Hi,

Yesterday I purchased an iPhone 6, from the meadowhall store, on a pay monthly contract. Everything is in working order except my SIM card isn't yet activated as it is still saying "no service" in the corner. The lady in the shop said it would take 15 minutes to activate, as it did the last time I purchased a contract phone from Vodafone, however it has now been over 24 hours and it still saying no service.

Hi

Have you tried turning the phone off and on or airplane mode on and off to reset the connection.

Hi,
I have tried both of the top suggestions, thank you though.
However, I haven't tried calling. But if it still isn't activated tonight I think I am going to the shop to avoid hassle
