SIM from the NUS promotion

Hello everyone I some need help. Has anyone here bought a SIM from the NUS promotion as well? I am having issues with claiming the NUS card and would love if I could have it sorted. I have got a Redeem Voucher for the NUS card from Vodafone, yet due to the fact that I had left the UK to my country for the entire month. When I tried to claimed it, I was told that the code has expired.

Please kindly send me a renewed voucher code so that I could claim it. I could also provide additional information if needed.

Hi @nathui

 

The NUS extra student offer was for a PAYG Big Value Bundle which would have lasted for 30 days and unless you opted out of the bundle would have automatically renewed for a further 30 days.

 

Unfortunately, if the code expired, you will be unable to receive the discount.

 

If you contact your university, they will be able to give further information on the claiming a NUS card and discounts available.
