1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
Inside my house, when I go outside. No service
2) What is the full postcode? SN5 7DA
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
I can't put my sim in another phone.
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
No service
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

6) When did you first notice this issue?
Monday afternoon, around 4.15pm
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? permanent

@Francescawise I've checked your location on our network status checker and can see:
'We'll be doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls, texts and data coverage. Sorry if you notice any disruption. We're expecting to start work on 8am 19 Jun 2017 and to have things back to normal by 6pm 19 Jun 2017. Everything else should be working fine.'
