There has been No Service in the area for the majority of today. I have tried all the usual options. Nothing has worked but no issues mentioned on your site.
1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Haven't had any signal in the area all day.
2) SO41 0SX .
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Don't have an alternative to try.
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? No Service at all. On automatic or manually selecting carrier.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? All service.
6) When did you first notice this issue? Lunchtime today completely out until now (20:55) but has been repeatedly intermittent for the past two/three weeks.
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?permanent today. Intermittent in the past few weeks.
