SS v1 has worked just fine since new in 2011 but on Tuesday we had a power failure. SS no longer connects, light 1 & 2 only. Had power outs before but SS always restarts just fine. Have done all I can find in Trouble shooting but still only 2 lights after 3 days.
Status in online account show OK.
Any further advice please.

Please note that it has always worked since new up until this power failure ( worked through others)
Showing lights 1 & 2 but does self reset to 1 then flash through leaving 1 & 2 only.
Seems to be trying.
NOTE I have port forwarded as per instructions and that has been for more than 1 year.

Hi dodlaw,
Your IP 84.92.127.177 is on our whitelist so this is fine.
I've done a resync for you, please do a reset to complete the process;
1 - Hold the reset button until all 4 lights are solid. Don't let go of the button until step 4.
2 - Remove the power cable then the LAN cable
3 - Insert ONLY the power cable
4 - When the lights flash 1, 2, 3 then 4 release the reset button and wait for the unit to boot (5 minutes should do it).
5 - Insert the LAN cable and wait.
Let us know how you get on,
Kay

Hi Roger,
I can see your Sure Signal connected to our servers today at 03:22, is everything now working for you?
If not, disconnect the Sure Signal from your router and then reboot the router.
Once it comes back online, connect the Sure Signal back up and reset it by doing the following:-
Let me know how you go on.
Thanks,
Andrew
