Hello,
At my new office address I can't get my SS v1 working as before. Lights 1 & 2 (of 4) remain lit, but I don't get a 3G signal.
I've tried a new Ethernet cable, and a factory reset, but the problem persists.
The SS box's serial number is: 21230494938.
Today's speed test returned:
Ping: 62ms.
Upload: 12.81 Mbps
Download: 18.77 Mbps
Friday's PathPing test returned:
Ping has started… PING 212.183.133.181 (212.183.133.181): 56 data bytes Request timeout for icmp_seq 0 Request timeout for icmp_seq 1 Request timeout for icmp_seq 2 Request timeout for icmp_seq 3 Request timeout for icmp_seq 4 Request timeout for icmp_seq 5 Request timeout for icmp_seq 6 Request timeout for icmp_seq 7 Request timeout for icmp_seq 8 --- 212.183.133.181 ping statistics --- 10 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100.0% packet loss
My DSL router is a Netgear WNDR3700v4. Whilst I know how to access the settings, I don't know what settings I may need to tweak...
I'm using an Apple Mac and OS X Mavericks.
Help!
Thanks in anticipation.

Hi m999k,
Welcome to the eForum.
As your traceroute is failing, I'd speak to your ISP about port forwarding. You'll need the following set up:
Please note that in the above list of IP addresses, the notation "212.183.131.128/26" means the complete range of IP addresses between 212.183.131.128 and 212.183.131.191
Cheers,
Ben
