1) The issue happens in the village that I live in. I can only get E or gprs and cannot make/receive any calls.

@annasmart13 I've checked your local serving site (77612) and it's performing correctly. 

However, looking into your postcode on our network coverage checker, you're in a low coverage area.

In this case, the best thing we'd be able to advise would be a Sure Signal device or Wi-Fi Calling.
