I have got an email to say my device has been dispatch but I haven't received a tracking number for my A3 why is this can someone please help me and tell me when new phone will be here please
I'm not sure whether they'll have access to the same systems and be able to trace an online order. No harm in trying, if it's convenient, but go to Live Chat if the shop can't help.
