Hi I have an unlocked S5 with a contract Vodafone SIM and would like to know when I will get the latest Lolipop update to 5.1.x - I am currently running 5.0.

Vodafone do not Pre release Firmware Information for its branded handsets. 

 

I would suggest to Keep checking the blogs and the Software Update Settings in your phone.
