I have an s3 that the battery has just totally depleted on. I now can't get it to charge at all and have tried a working battery from another s3, but it won't charge that either. Has anybody got any suggestions please

Hi.

 

It could potentially be a number of things from a faulty battery, a hardware problem or even a faulty charger.


The best option would be to take it to a Vodafone retail store who could test it out for you, even with a seperate charger. They'd also be able to advise on repair options if required.
