There are several reports out in the last few days (including an article from Vodafone) saying that they will stock the new eSIM enabled Samsung Gear S2 classic. IE you would no longer need your phone as a tether.

 

Can anyone confirm if this will be coming to the UK and when? I can only see references to the US and Germany.

Vodafone will never comment on what may be coming, but keep an eye on the blog for announcements when/if anything's confirmed.
