Hi mpc1,

Good catch, it took me a while to figure out the difference with these two deals. However, The Link's deal is for a Samsung NC10 with a USB broadband dongle. Our Samsung NC10 actually has the built-in modem upgrade so the SIM card stays inserted into the laptop rather than having to plug in a USB dongle :)

If you need any further information on the Samsung NC10 please feel free to drop us a post on the forum we're always here to help!

We're always looking for feedback on how we're handling queries for customers, so if you want to leave any on how I've handled your query today, then if you want, you can go here and complete the quick form. Any feedback is appreciated and helps to ensure that we're offering the best service we can for our customers.

Thanks,

Hi mpc1,

That's a very good question, I'm sure I can answer it for you though :)

The Samsung NC10 does come with Microsoft Office (Which includes Microsoft Word) however this is a 30 day trial. Don't worry though if you don't want to pay for it after that there are plenty of 3rd party applications out there that provide the same service, I'm sure one of our lovely forum users can provide more info on these :)

Hope that answers your question. If you do have anything else don't hesiste to ask or why not check out our handy Samsung NC10 Help page, there's plenty of hints and tips to get you up and running there.
