Samsung Note 4

Ordered the new Note 4 two weeks ago when I renewed my contract. Phone was delivered, but was faulty. Have since, been waiting for a replacement/exchange. Due to no stock being delivered yet, no phone has been delivered. I am now paying for a tariff for a phone I do not have. I am meant to have the three months unlimited data which I can not use. I am meant to have 4G signal which I do not have. The service I have received is shocking! I have been a customer for ten years and now regretting staying with Vodafone.

Every time I contact customer services to find out what is happening I get moved from dept to dept and not one person gives me a straight forward answer! And some of your staff really need to work on customer skills and get rid of the attitude.

I know there has been faults with the Note 4 due to bugs, over heating etc but vodafone should keep customers up to date and communicate with customers to ensure they are working on the problem.

Is anyone else have the same issue? Paying for a contract and not having the phone you are paying for.

My apologies for the delay with your replacement, as soon as we receive stock your handset will be sent out.

 

In the meantime, if you still have your old phone, you can still benefit from you're new plan.

I upgraded to this phone just yesterday and was told to expect it within 4-7 days. She said most likely to receive it in 2 days though!

I will not be paying for the contract without the phone! I will bide my time though and wait till day 5 without a dispatch email until I contact them!

Yeah. Called customer services and they still have no stock. None have been delivered for two weeks now. Calling again this afternoon but I suspect it will be the same. So I have the joy of a 20 min phone call being on hold and passed around different departments.

I don't have an order number as it is an exchange I am waiting for. The exchange can not happening until stock is available.

And yes I do have my old phone but do not get 4G with it and 3G is very hard to get. 4G is stronger in my area.

I'm in the same boat, waiting to exchange. If there is no date given in stock then I'd be tempted to move away from vodafone as other service providers have stock on this handset with similar deals

I do agree with you. But I am getting the best deal with Vodafone. The problem is, it is Samsung having issues with the handsets. The screen pops out, battery over heats and software glitches. Samsung aren't releasing any the now. I am more tempted to start looking at other phones.
