Samsung Pocket Neo not receiving texts

Hi,
I had to perform a full reset on my Samsung Pocket Neo 2 days ago. after I had repeated messages telling me there was not enough space to perform basic operations. I got rid of all the apps that I'd downloaded and reinstalled only the few that I use most.
Since then I have not been able to receive texts from anyone, though the one I sent to myself did arrive. I currently have 1.1GB space left on the internal memory. I have no problem sending texts or making and receiving calls. I've checked the message centre number and it appears to be correct (+447785016005). I turn my phone off completely each night, so it's been restarted a couple of times now too.
Any ideas as to what the problem is please?
