Hello
ive come here in desperation as I'm at my wits end with Vodafone who don't seem to care or want to help.
Yes, I can send my phone in for warranty repair AGAIN, but I'm going to be without a phone for weeks again.
My Samsung S5 was replaced under insurance after I dropped it and the screen went black.
Not long after receiving a refurbished phone the screen stopped rotating.
I returned the phone and was told that there was internal damage and I'd be charged. After a lot of phone calls they said they weren't going to charge me.
I received the phone back allegedly repaired. Guess what, screen doesn't rotate.
Ive searched online and tried all sorts.
*cleared the cache.
*hard reset.
*checked the sensors in the menu under *#0*#.
*uninstalled all apps and factory reset.
*started in safe mode.
Does anyone know of, anything else I can try?
Many thanks.

On eligible contracts and if one is in stock Vodafone Highstreet stores can offer loan phones while yours is away for repairs.

Many thanks for your reply.
Ive turned screen rotation on and off to no avail.
I never thought of going directly to Samsung. I will contact them today.
Last time I had a repair the man in the shop told me I couldn't have a courtesy phone. Despite me paying over £50 a month for a red sharer plan and having five contracts in my name...
