@63johnw - You said it's a work phone, maybe your work have flashed the frimware on to it or purchased it incorrectly but because it's a Vodaphone CSC it's working and they thought nothing of it.

Ive asked another owner of a s7 edge also purchased from a Samsung Experience Store to use the Samsung Phone Info app and their screen shot is the same as mine.
