Samsung Trade In - oddity!

I seem to have the opposite problem from everyone else.  Upgraded from Iphone to S6 Edge.  Did NOT take out a Red Plan so am not eligible for the trade in offer.

 

Why then have I, so far, been sent four sets of trade in documentation and had a load of texts reminding me to send in my old Samsumg (it's actually an Iphone!); with the letters all saying "Unexpected Model" and "£0".

 

Clues?
