I use my S7 Edge Fast Charger stand to charge the Note 7 and it has never got warmer than the S7 Edge did, so it is likely I have a good battery, just wish it could pick up the network better, I have now invested in a Sure Signal at a further outlay of £69.99, you would think Vodafone should help make the signal better, especially when I spend around £150 a month with them!

Possibly but please keep an eye on it.
Something I've experienced over the years is that some phones can hang onto signal better than others.
One would hope the new Samsung flagship could.
I've not seen any further posts suggesting the phone is weak at latching onto signal.
Maybe swapping it out under the battery issue could also result in your replacement holding onto signal better !!

I do hope so, I have spent loads on the phone before it arrived, 2 cases, screen protectors and the Samsung Case with the 2 Lenses which is coming next week, will be gutted if it isn't sorted soon

What do you mean how is that going to happen?
Easy I spoke to my named manager and arranged it, you can't pay for something you are advised not to use, or have all the years of consumer laws gone out of the windows?

I ask as that information would be useful for any other wanting to go down that avenue.
I have noticed that many are not selling / passing on their previous phones so they can use their sim cards in them to use the monthly allowances.
Are you not using your sim in another phone to use the allowances if your not paying the monthly payments.

I renewed my spare mobile number, but was going to use my main number in the Note 7, still will once this poor fiasco is sorted, then the renewed number will go into my old banger of a mobile that I let the kids use if they need to
