Samsung s6 alarm doesn't work properly

I have my alarm on so that it repeats itself every day.

 

However, it sometimes decides not to go off. It has happened 3-4 times in the last couple of months now.

 

When I go to the alarm application the clock symbol is green, which shows that the alarm is on. However, on the home screen the little alarm icon at the top is not there.

Welcome to the eforum. 

 

Sometimes a soft reboot which is turning the phone Off and On helps glitches. 

 

Also try deleting the alarm and try re setting it back up. Also ensuring your in the latest firmware can help. 

 

As an alternative their should be alternative downloadable clock apps from the play store. Just a work around to consider.
