Changing from using non SEE data to SEE data, since im in uk

I've bought a Roaming 15 option from Romania, which has 1GB of non SEE roaming data and 15GB of SEE roaming data. Since i'm in UK, i've used all my non SEE data, but UK is in the SEE zone. Question is : how can i change from using non SEE data to SEE data, and no, it doesnt automatically change when i restart my phone or put it in airplane mode.

Vodafone UK can't answer this question @denissgnr , you are a Vodafone Romania customer and will need to speak to your provider  Vodafone Romania.
