Samsung seal broken?

Did anyone else notice the seal was broken on their new s7? Everything was in the box.

Yeah, I think it was to put the SIM card in the box

friend of mine his box was the same, no issues were noticed with the device tho

Was an upgrade so never got a sim just used my old one

Yes same here. Seal broke. Checked imei number of phone against the delivery sheet. Phone is fine and everything in the box. The bag seamed to be sealed as it should. Maybe vf had to check a certain amount of devices per batch for quality control and to see the consistency of full missing parts per box. I don't think it's anything yo worry about.

Mine came with a sim card aswell. So yes that could be an explanation aswell.

not only my seal was broken but the phone was outside its box!!! Probably have been bumped hundred of times! 

I don't care about whether VF wanted to insert a simcard, First of all, we are not idiots, so we know how to insert a simcard, we don't them to do it and second, there is no justification at all to break a seal! Bunch of [Removed in line with Community House Rules] at vodafone

Received my bag from DPD this afternoon within the timeslot so that was great.  However.....on opening the bag I see my brand spanking new phone just sitting there on top of its box. Soooooo not impressed, the screen protector looks like it's been peeled off and re-applied. And they can't say it was to put the SIM card in as that was laying intact at the bottom of the bag. Called to complain and they will send me another...in 3 to 5 days as they're out of stock.  Not a happy bunny at all (at least the Gear VR was in the bag still sealed).

Hi my seal was broken and the phone was out of the box when I opened it. Hence to say the phone is damaged. Now I can't even organise a new one till Friday when it's released. The guy on the phone said it's either a Samsung issue or a Vodafone warehouse issue. Pretty poor show I feel and I'm really dissapointed. Just put it all back in the box and put it in the corner till Friday.
