Phone has 2 bar 4g signal yet the speed is really poor and it fails to connect a lot of the time Also been told my line is bad unless connected to wifi on wifi calling. This only started to happen in my the last week. And the recent Maintenance in the area hasn't helped
1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to Regain service? No where if I turn wifi calling on
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? Se193ns
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? No internet connection
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? 4g and 3G
6) When did you first notice this issue? Last week
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanently

@Andy91xx I've checked your local serving site (1921) and it's performing correctly.
Does it help if you manually change your device settings down to 3G? - If you need a hand with how to do this, please let us know the device you're using.
When you leave the affected area, does your 4G coverage improve?
