Ok why am i still on the 1st of April security patch when we are already in June Google have released a patch already so why have we not received it yet?
Just annoys me that security is a must on phone's and this link is from Samsung Samsung Mobile Security Blog http://security.samsungmobile.com/introsm.html saying every month we should get a patch.
I read myself that they were going to commit to monthly updates but it seems to me they are quarterly going from my device any how and I check at least once a week. they are being released on Google devices the monthly updates but mine average 45 days to 2 months I always at least miss one month which is another month my devices vulnerabilities are out there and exploitable.
Unless I see it in black and white or it starts happening I don't believed it.
The article l read on Sammobile this morning was officially released by Samsung it's self not a 3rd party and it was only released in Canada like l stated above l totally agree with all the comments above the security patches should be released monthly as stated by both Android and Samsung mine jumped from Jan 1 to April 1 so now it looks like we will get an security update every 2 or 3 months not the recommended 1 month.
I don't have Bixby on my S7 Edge l did sideload it via an APK file but Samsung have found a way to block it now and it no longer works so l removed it. I am still debating on whether to get the S8 plus or wait until the note 8 comes out
