Sending Emails Using Dongle

Can any one tell me,please why I can receive but not send emails using Vodafone Mobile Connect?
Could it be anything to do with the server IP address being 0.0.0.0?
I had this problem when I first set it up and one of your engineers corrected it for me by accessing my laptop.

I would be very grateful for any help.

I appreciate how frustrating this is for you. Don't worry about the server IP address being naughts. Thats normal.

What do you have your outgoing mail server set to at the moment? Do you have it set as 'send.vodafone.net'?
