Hi,
I have recently joined Vodafone and I have set up my Spotify account fine. But I'm having issues with the Netflix account.
I went into the shop to ask and she said I have to reset my entertainment pack by ringing 191, but there are a lot of options and I'm not sure which ones apply to the entertainment packs. Anyone know what numbers to press to get through to the right people?

Hi. If you follow it through to questions about your phone and priceplan someone should be able to help. Alternatively use the contact us form and follow through to a web chat option where you'd be able to speak to an advisor
